I like how clever Popfly simplifies complex tasks, turning sophisticated workflows into something intuitive and genuinely easy to use. That said, there still might be space for improvement.

I got curious about ways to significantly improve users’ desire to fill out an ordinary boring form.

Fixing Basics

I started with fixing the text line length. The ideal line is 40-60 characters, so I narrowed down the description block. All other components were narrowed also which only improved their appearance.

The blue callout block could be improved in two ways:

• Simplified text. The current version seems a bit wordy and consequently hard to read. So, I made it briefer and highlighted the main CTA of the page.
• More integral visual appearance. Callout blocks could sometimes be replaced with something less visually disruptive, but still visible. In this case, it was a subtitle.

I also removed the date optionality sentence, since this information could be integrated into data pickers:

This might lead to a false impression that all other fields are mandatory. But I doubt this will be a problem since every one of them significantly improves the overall attractiveness of opportunities.
